The outside of our building just got a fresh, new paint job, a Route 66 mural commissioned by River & Routes, it was designed by Plaid Coffee’s Jim Harper (Harper’s Bizarre) and executed FLAWLESSLY by mural masters The Hype of Type (Kelly Lee) in Alton, IL.

We’ve been trying to open this coffee roaster for like 2 years. 2 years.
We won’t point fingers or name names (yet), but let’s just say we’re at our wits end. But soon, we will have really good coffee, beans imported from all over the world, roasted using experiments we’ve done finding the right heat for the right origin.
We find the right moment to freeze that bean in time, and when first crack hits, the flavor explodes.
Inspired by Scotland and our hometown, it’s coming.
